Pros
Working at TurboTax you do have the ability to make a difference and put a stamp on the company. employers work together to at a fast pace to improve the company. There are good benefits to working like social events and that ability to volunteer and join Intuit culture teams. They invest time and money into their employees to improve there skillset and personal development. Management care about the company and want to make it an awesome company.
Cons
Work/Life Balance is not available from December to June during tax season. Employers have left for other companies to establish a better work/life balance. As a company it does not move fast enough and change its processes and best practices to meet the needs of its employees (Meeting for Meetings)
