      Pros

      Pay and training is good, opportunity for long term work if you show up and do a decent enough job. 3 shifts and lots of employees. Be aware of the groups and cliques the coworkers create, it's like highschool. Keep your head down and do your work.

      Close to home and no traffic to contend with.

      Woke ideology has destroyed the culture by racially profiling white males, and making hiring based on a persons skin color or sexual orientation, which is a federal violation of the civil rights act of 1964.
