Pros

Nice people (operators) to work with.

Cons

* Management - over a half of them shouldn't be there, they are unqualified, untrained, with no communication skills * Place is dirty, old equipment, no proper canteen * Pay - very low for amount of work you are ask to do, no appreciation, constant pressure If you have a friend or family member in a offices or in management yoh will feel like in paradise, otherwise ... Look somewhere else.

Pros

You can get good experience working in CI environment where GMP is a standard. There are a lot of interesting projects to participate in. You can find lots of friends here.

Cons

Cutting costs by reduction of employees does not necessarily mean cutting on workload for the remainder of people. Engineering training is almost nonexistent. A lot of paperwork. Salary levels are lower than Irish average. No bonuses, Pay increase of 1-3% based on performance.

Pros

Good money, great canteen facilities, good benefits overall, coworkers are nice Great place to work if you desperately need money and if you can turn off that voice in your head that tells you something's seriously wrong

Cons

Management is god-awful. This place is trying to push humans to the absolute limit with obligatory overtime, constantly increasing minimum rates, and expecting people to work to 110% on machines that only work to 85%. It's absolutely absurd that they'd spend so much money on a frankly hideous and out of place expansion, but they wont spend money to fix a 20 year old machine. Seriously, they wouldn't replace a tiny part on my machine (purely mechanical, no electrics needed replacement) because I could "probably sand it down". This place is where your dreams go to die Also HR is nothing more than a formality. Integer's HR is like a fake tunnel painted on a wall. Every single element of this company is designed to protect the company. Workers are disposable to them
