      Not really all that many other then multiple shifts.

      Cons

      Getting hired on as a tech and making less then 75% of the production workers. With being at the company for almost 3 years with a 2 year degree.

      Close to home and no traffic to contend with.

      Cons

      Woke ideology has destroyed the culture by racially profiling white males, and making hiring based on a persons skin color or sexual orientation, which is a federal violation of the civil rights act of 1964.
