Pros

1. You will learn how to talk. You will learn all the management jargon like "be proactive". 2. The onsite salary is best among similar india based companies. 3. The best physical infrastructure in terms of buildings and lawns. 4. Good brand name especially within the technology ignorant indian population. 5. If you the one that likes parties, you get a project party every quarter. 6. Its a good place for freshers to start the career. 7. Good place to learn about processes.

Cons

1. Mandatory work hours (minimum 9.15 hrs per day) 2. Nobody bothers about the pathetic state of work life balance of the employees. 3. The middle management has no idea of technology and are only good at talking. This leads to inefficient execution of projects and in turn results in long work hours for the engineers. 4. The compensation, real CRR appraisal and promotion are all behind close doors even though the will want outside people to believe about the "transparent" processes. 5. Irrelevant technical certifications that do very little to help to the work on the project. 6. Everything is based on numbers (output of processes). And these numbers are always manipulated. 7. Ineffective processes are its weakness. Most of the CMM Level 5 project are not even running on CMM level 2. Clients who believe the projects CMM Level are the one who are finally being cheated ! 8. No room for innovation even though it is one of the parameters during the appraisal. Managers are incapable of identifying and recognizing out of the box thinking by the very few employees who do. Everybody is expected to take the beaten path. 9.If you are a talented top performer this is NOT the place to be.
