The health insurance is very good
You have good onsite opportunities and to learn new technologies. Managers are very helpful and give us proper time to settle on work
They are ok but average
no benefits ,little to none appreciation for work
Best thing people. Worse management and performance appraisal system
Best thing- work from home every time you need, flexible working hours in need (normally you come between 8-9) Worse - everything else - Pension plan does exist but the contribution is like 2% or so
Some amazing talent. Collegues good. Company not so good
I haven't had any benefits aside from the salary. You get some benefits as you progress within company's hierarchy, such as yearly bonus.
No benefits excluding performance bonus
Best things was a bonus at the end of year. I didn't expect it. There are no other benefits, no quarterly bonuses for my position, no paid health insurance. There's a contributory pension scheme, but it is worse then what most companies offer.
