Pros
I work with a lot of great people from my individual team all the way up to the department head and executive board. Informatica trusts its resources and I am able to work with minimal over site, but maximum support. My manager is never looking over my shoulder, but immediately responds with anything I need to be successful. Within the team we al support each other with our areas of expertise and experience which is extremely important since our products are constantly evolving and adding functionality. Compensation and benefits are good. I have noticed them to be very competitive with the industry. Training is always available but mostly in a self-service, online forum.

There is a disconnect between spoken values and expectations and the actions taken.
