Pros
It all comes down to the director as he/she is your General in battle day in and day out. If he/she is good, that helps your success. Also your team members. Training is good.
Cons
Leads are extremely hard to come by. Also the people at the top make a ton of money while the rest of the AEs are simply minions in a call center. They have made it tougher and tougher on AEs to make commission on deals. Quotas are increasing more than ever relative to years past.
