Thanks for writing us a review. We're pleased to read that you enjoy our perks and benefits package! That said, we'd like to take a moment to address your concerns. On compensation, we are open and transparent with our salary ranges for all roles up to Senior Director. Market rates are evaluated twice a year, and are adjusted as needed to remain competitive in each market we hire in. That said, base salaries are only one component of an employee’s total compensation. All full time employees are also eligible for quarterly bonuses based on performance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) of our parent company, Recruit, Open Paid Time Off, and various perks depending on your office. We always want to recognize our employees for the great work they do, and we want to ensure our employees progress in their career with us. With that, we encourage employees to have weekly 1:1’s with their managers to not just ensure that goals are met, but also to have discussions on career development. We have standards and processes in place for promotions, such as our quarterly reviews and calibrations. It is our priority to make sure we are listening and acting on the concerns and suggestions of our staff, as they are the ones who help build us up as a company, and are our biggest and most valuable assets. We appreciate your feedback. If you have additional suggestions, you can contact us directly at inside@indeed.com.

Fully remote. One of the nicest teams/people that I’ve ever worked with. Great work life balance.

Pros

I loved the talented people I worked with; I appreciated being appreciated; I loved helping employers hire; and I really thought this would be the company I retired from.

Cons

The company culture changed significantly after it became publicly traded; I didn't particularly care for how they handled layoffs; they didn't always act on the feedback they received; and they were slow to jump on the AI train.
