Senior leadership is so far removed from the definition of a healthy salary and they make many excuses as to why they do not give healthy raises and make excuses as to why they do not want to open senior positions to promote individuals. The organizational relationship and set up between CS and Sales makes it easy for Sales to take advantage of CS and take the credit for the hard work that CS does for their Sales partners. Of course, CS also isn't "set up" to earn commission on the sales they help their Sales counterparts to make which is just wrong. After so many years of helping Indeed grow it's disappointing that they do not promote within from CS seasoned employees but hire less experienced job seekers at a cheaper price.
Truly this job would be excellent for college graduates to get their experience and leave however, the job description requires more than 1 years of experience.
