Pros
The startup vibe keeps you on your toes. For people who enjoy using their brain, this is exactly what you need to stay engaged. Sure, there are things like reporting, building dashboards, and designing queries that aren't typical strategy tasks, but combining it all together makes this role super fun.
Cons
My time here was fantastic mainly because I probably had the best manager ever. Make sure you have a good boss who gives you challenging work, provides feedback, and allows you to grow in different ways (provided you are putting 110% in).
