Pros

The benefits I can’t fault, they’re great. Unlimited holiday Free meals Good OTE

Cons

Horrific range of basic pay across the sales floors. You have lower level colleagues on higher basics than senior sales roles and in some cases higher basics than the directors which makes no sense and those people on higher are not great. They seem to hire almost anyone just to make the numbers up. Growth was rapid and great for the business but managed poorly. Most people now just feel like a number where as before it had that family feel. Senior leadership are pretty clueless.

Pros

Very people oriented, passionate about helping people find jobs. I had a great experience while I worked there and am appreciative of the opportunity.

During my time, the organization went through multiple layoffs which led to concerns about job security.
