Pros
The products are great and appeal to many people on many budgets. The store is new so we get a lot of customers who are also new to IKEA. I love helping them discover the amazing products.
Cons
Sometimes the work can be heavy lifting, and other times I have to get on a ladder to put up banner signs. I am over fifty and sometimes these tasks make me tired and sore.
