Pros

Benefits such as pension, insurance, and some discounts in some franchises (gym for example) Work level during working hours is light compared to other warehouses

Cons

Worst schedule possible, specifically if you are nightshift, they require you to work weekends (usually weekend yes/weekend no) One example of a bad schedule, work monday, then wednesday, then friday, then next week monday-tuesday,thursday, then saturday sunday (nightshift 02-10am) no transportation at that time, must take last train, be at the company almost one hour before 0 career opportunities even though they promote it as such, applied more than once to other positions, asked to do tailored cv, cover letter, but not even one reply

Schedule, tough to get vacation days approved in summer months even if you have a lot of vacation time Management (especially upper management) not held accountable for poor sales , inventory issues, lack of hiring, untrained coworkers ….
