Pros
The management is great and the hotel itself is nice, so you can have pride in your work. The guest can be some of the best people you'll ever meet.
Cons
Kinda difficult to move up the ladder in my opinion. Plus, at my current location. I get no more than 39.5 hours instead of 40. This way, I'm considered part time.
