Pros

Large company and will never go out of business.

Cons

Corrupt Management company wide. Corrupt Human Resources personnel and division. Their main goal is to fire you. Even if they can not find that you have done anything wrong they will make up a false claim to put in your personnel file. Discrimination is tolerated. Management is verbally abusive. Sexual Harassment happens daily. It matters who you know, not what you know. Management is mentally and verbally abusive. Your every move is monitored. Key strokes on the computer, pictures/video footage from the parking garages to entering/exiting the buildings, even people who spy and monitor how long you were in the restroom or away from your desk. A lot of employees who are busy bodies will spy on each other and then report/“tattle tail” on each other to Human Resources. This causes a ton of drama and an unnecessary toxic work environment. Too many people are too focused on getting employees in trouble instead of doing their actual job. Very immature working environment. Not professional. Burping, passing gas, sleeping/snoring, and profanity is the norm. Verbal threats are tolerated.

Pros

Remote Work, Flex Schedule, Benefits are decent enough.

Cons

It is very much a boys club between management, leads, and HR. HR is there to protect the company, not you. The moment you have something crazy happen (and you will because most people in positions of power are old retired navy guys who cant even work a computer usually and would rather praddle on about "the good ole days") and you report it to HR, you immediately will be retaliated against, even when HR says you wont. Its tough to say how you wont when they immediately inform your supervisor. I also hate how they are an "inclusive" company, and yet I have been called more slurs and received more backlash for being LGBT when its not even being presented, I just want to log in, work, ask questions, log off.
