Offer a 4-10 work shift to all employees. Offer 3-12 & a half day. Employees need that balance of work and home. Also it would improve the traffic situation . Offer part-time employment to HIIDiversity & Inclusion at HII

Took about 2-3 weeks from submitting my application to getting the interview. It was an online pre-recorded interview process for me. Around 5-6 questions that you record yourself answering. This was the only interview I had with HII and I received an offer around 2-3 weeks later.Interview"What do you know about our company?", "Why do you want to work here?", or "Where do you see yourself in the future?"
