      You are allowed to work from home one day a week. They provide free beverages to employees. There is no dress code.

      Cons

      The work is repetitive and extremely boring. This position requires long hours sitting in an uncomfortable chair while enduring no intellectual stimulation. There is also a lack of communication between management and their underlings.

      Management doesn’t care about you. Unrealistic goals. Everyone at 30-40% of quota. Complicated quota attainment system. Your job is to ask for 70% of margins for small businesses that have only 10-15% margin budgets
