Pros
- Very friendly, smart, interesting, diverse colleagues - Good developer tools and enablement - Solving interesting problems - Could really be a great company to work for once some issues are worked out
Cons
- Bi-annual review cycle is quite heavy handed and intense - Career advancement (especially past Senior level) is difficult and favours actions that don't necessarily align with best interests of your team - Not much incentive for Senior Engineers to stick around if you don't fit into the exact mold for promotion
