We’re happy to hear that you at the very least enjoyed working with your colleagues. We strive to have a work environment which fosters collaboration and teamwork.
However, we’re sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your time with us. Especially if you experienced sexism.
We are on a learning path when it comes to uncovering our biases, which is why we have a Diversity and Inclusion Council, which is mapping out how GetYourGuide can improve and move forward in being a company where everyone can bring themselves to work.
We always encourage to actively take part in the feedback and review cycles to ensure that there is a transparency about the performance of each individual and the team as a whole.
Also, learning is one of our core values and we always encourage learning and career growth through 360* feedback rounds and talking with your manager about growth in your 1 on 1s.
We strive to pay competitive salaries which are adjusted to the market rate changes through regular research done by our HR team and we conduct regular market research regarding salaries, to ensure that we are competitive with the market to the point of paying above market rate.
Our OKRs help provide a clear direction for the quarter and the quarterly review process is a structured way for employees to provide feedback on these goals before the quarter begins. We have also invested in establishing performance review cycles, 360 feedback, and creating competency profiles for all employees, so everyone knows what it takes to develop further.
