      Wide variety of projects and products, there is always something new to learn. Contributions outside of your main project are welcome and the owners are willing to help. Remote-friendly.

      Cons

      Initiatives involve many different teams and it can sometimes be hard to keep track of everything that is going on. Lots of domain knowledge needed sometimes to understand how pieces fit into the whole.

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
