      Pros

      Genesys offers a very respectful and helpful work environment. The entire company wants to see Genesys succeed and their customer's happy. There are no egos or ulterior motives and everyone is genuinely happy to help each other achieve their goals.

      Cons

      With the number of solutions that Genesys offers, it is sometimes difficult to find the right person to help with projects in a quick time frame.

      Pros

      Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

      Cons

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
