Genesys is leader in contact center solutions. Working in Genesys give me the opportunity to work with best company in this IT branch
Cons
Sometimes we work on project with newest Genesys products e.g third party software acquired by Genesys, that are released but not fully implemented with the Genesys solution and often the customers complains about our professionally
