Let me introduce myself. I am Infrastructure/Automation/DevOps professional with 9+ years of experience with multiple MNC's like IBM, Goldman Sachs, Oracle, J P Morgan & Chase and BOSCH. I never wrote any review for any of the organisation yet. But genesys has given me reason to write one. I am working with this organisation from past 10+ months and my experience is really awesome so far. I would like to detail you about the company on the below mentioned parameters- Work life balance: That really exist in the company and it is not on paper as golden words of attraction Enjoyment: XBOX, Table Tennis, Carom, Foosball and frequent parties, activities and tournaments Working environment: Safe, comfortable and appealing to work in. Include a range of physical spaces that allow for privacy, collaboration, and simply hanging out. Scope of work: Define clear and specific expectations for what success looks like in any given job role. Learning curve & growth possibilities: Lynda Video tutorials and lots of new technology and learning content. Provide employees with ongoing opportunities and incentives to learn, develop and grow, both in establishing new job-specific hard skills, as well as softer skills that serve them well as individuals. Reporting hierarchy: Extremely friendly and co-operative team mates. After exploring multiple MNC's I found Genesys really comfortable, flexible, opportunity oriented, with lot of technology to learn and the place to find your expertise/speciality. I would like to thanks my hiring team for considering me suitable candidate to serve the organisation and allowing the platform to proof myself.
