Good people - those who are still there Great customers - spans industries and includes iconic companies Strong positioning around omnichannel and customer experience

Cons

Letting go too many good people in the effort to move salaries to lower cost areas and often to individuals to less experience or expertise Portfolio is too broad and resources spread too thin to allow for innovation and new capabilities customers want Difficulty at times balancing vision with real product roadmap

Pros

Interesting take on customer experience using AI. Good pay for the role.

Cons

Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
