      Its a great place to work and colleagues are helpful and experienced.

      Cons

      Its a product based company and you will have to learn the product pipeline, if you are not willing to learn the pipeline you will struggle to grow.

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
