      Awesome benefits, encouraged to try different roles

      Cons

      HR more concerned about moving forward, than rectifying issues When you return from maternity/paternity leave, you will likely be moved to a different role than when you left (not the best time to be moved...)

      Pros

      Great culture and truly amazing coworkers. Strong company history of success with iconic brands.

      Cons

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
