Pros

- The compensation is very appealing, above average salary in Barcelona, Spain - The benefits package is also very competitive, amongst the best I have seen in Spain - Flexibility of work, can choose between fully remote, office or hybrid - Very new and modern office, located right in the center of Barcelona

Cons

- The culture is poisonous, at least in the Services Organisation (GBS). All due to the leadership team. There are no leaders, just self-centered and arrogant micromanagers. Complete lack of emotional intelligence and empathy. VPs are too disconnected from the day-to-day and their employees, leaving full control and power to unskilled directors and team managers, who only care about pushing numbers at the cost of their team´s mental health and wellbeing. - Completely unhelpful HR support, located in the US for Spanish employees. Centered completely around not being sued as opposed to doing what is fair and right for the employee. No exit interview provided unless requested and chased numerous times. No interest in hearing employees´ feedback and concerns.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
