Pros
Has the worldwide reknown brand in ICT domain and qualified analysts in overseas offices. Vast segmented market data (but, still fragmented in some field).
Cons
The quality of data (i.e. product), people and working style depend on office by office and division by division. The Japan office is smaller than the average. Seems to be "closed"; no strong interaction between divisions.
