Pros
There are great people to work with and learn from. The Gartner brands opens up every executive suite. The product was superior to any competitior.
Cons
The onboarding and sales training process was ineffective. Account transition to a new representative was never smooth. Territories were not georgraphic or vertically aligned and therefore there were no industry experts represenatives.
