Pros

The salary, bonus, and benefits are absolutely wonderful. The offices provide free snacks to its employees. The number of days PTO is also a great benefit.

Cons

Management makes tons of mistakes and will not own up to any. Senior level management doesn't want to do any work. The travel policy is ridiculous. The budgets are horrible. Consultants can't rent cars, and senior level managements likes for the entire project team to stay in the same hotel. Senior level management constantly lies to clients. Oftentimes, they don't even know what they are talking about. I didn't perform well because I wasn't a good liar. This consulting firm is playing 'consulting' and their work is subpar.

Pros

Being a globally recognized company makes it easy to consistently engage clients. Great benefits. Amazing people (managers and colleagues) For the most part there is a clear path to success and promotions. Executives listen to feedback after every internal call to help guide strategy.

Cons

In office mandate increasing in office days from once a month to once a week. Need to live in Florida or Texas because of the in office mandate. Promotions take a while since there are many people going for the same roles. Hard to reach clients and constant territory’s shifting makes it difficult to achieve the numbers you and management expect.
