Pros
Very talented people, the education and sales training on value based selling is one of a kind, managers want you to be successful and will give to tools for being so. There is a policy and hand book for everything and you get to learn best practise (made through McKinsey consultants)
Cons
SMB has high turnover of people, you only stay if you are successful. No flex times or working from home allowed. Great for juniors, but seniors should go to Major Accounts rather than SMB. Too much internal networking needed.
