Pros
It was a really positive experience. I had a great manager who encouraged learning and growth. I learned how to handle customer needs, manage my time under pressure, and work as part of a team. It gave me a strong foundation and helped me understand what good leadership and workplace culture look like.
Cons
Pushing the credit cards on customers was hard... For me personally if I were in their shoes I'd hate if someone were to do that to me.
