      The work environment, I believe, is one of the best in the world. Great people, product, and place!

      Cons

      The only reason I left Gap is because I got offered more money at another job. It would help if Gap was able to pay a little more to their bottom tier employees.

      Generous PTO, monthly bonus for management, 401k and stock options, socially conscious brand, focus on diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      Very low pay, Micromanagement by upper management, lack of available hours to adequately staff the sales floor, too many tasks and too little time allotted, no opportunity for advancement
