Pros

Gap, Inc is a nice company to work for, with good people in general.

Cons

The salaries, always a "secret", because of the fact that they give different /better ones to less qualified new people. It's a disappointment finding that out after many years of faithful service, that teenagers are making more than I am as assistant store manager. That's when I left. It's a shame because really I enjoyed my years there. Just a heads up, salaries are not fair.

Hourly rate is decent and pays weekly

Cons

Managers think they are above everyone even when they have as much potential as a goldfish in life. We are pushed to get customers to sign up for a store credit card which is one of the worst credit cards I’ve seen. Your worth at this company is dependent on how many credit cards you can get which is so dehumanizing. Horrible culture and company to work for.
