Pros
It was a job that had beneficial hours and decent benefits when I began, however that slowly went away. I can say that being that I was employed 16 years before I was informed I could no longer do the job. The other associates you work with, for the most part are decent and helpful.
Cons
Management, forget asking questions and expecting answers. Do not bother to want a road map to goals or achieving them because depending on month, day or week and your Management structure is how the answers go. There is no real advancement opportunities, no job security and the environment (stressful unnecessarily). The pay is slipping further and further while adding more work and raises keep getting fewer and fewer even with more profits. The benefits are there but are not great.
