Pros
Great Job security, If you dont do anything unethical, its extremely hard to get fired. Use United Healthcare and good plans. Low deductibles and co pays. Discounts through different industries for working there.
Cons
Extremely high levels of stress, mandatory overtime, and micromanaging. There are word tracks and templates that must be used that completely remove the personable approach but then you are graded on tone. Essentially you are paid for 7.75hrs of work per day, while given a 9-10hr workload. So you either put in extra unpaid hours or fall behind. Also, dont even bother trying to take vacation days. Punished for it and all your work piles up. When you return, everything still there plus new stuff so you are days behind and will work more free overtime to try and catch up. Everything is numbers based. The company doesnt care about its employees or you individually. Youre disposable and they will work you until you have a panic attack or quit. Over half my co workers are on stress and blood pressure meds just to make it through the day.
