I left FrontStream because, after the company’s own internal investigation concluded that I had been sexually harassed in the workplace by a colleague, that man continues to work in and visit several FrontStream offices, all seemingly without a change in behaviour.
Despite my best efforts to trust the HR process, there remained several key faults at the company, including a tone from the top that prioritizes certain individuals over the safety of others, low morale, and HR violations (for instance, the company has yet to constitute a proper health and safety committee, despite the law and my explicit request). I could not continue to work in that environment.
