I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FrontStream (Michigan Center, MI) in Jul 2025
Interview
There is about 5 overall phases of the interview. First is a call with the hiring specialist, second a personality assessment and logical reasoning quiz, third is speaking to the VP of the department you would be hired into, fourth would be speaking to the director of your department as well as in my roles case a customer service team lead. I did not make it past the fourth round to give final round overview but I assumed the las round would have been less formal.

Interview
Good Process. HR person is a sweetheart. Head of CX feels like does'nt have a handle on process. CRO is direct but seems fair. Would love to work here, seems like a great place.

Previous experience, what a full CX motion for account management process should look like in my opinion
I applied online. The process took 11+ months. I interviewed at FrontStream (Chicago, IL) in May 2024
Interview
The interview is divided into 5 parts. First you interview with the recruiter and next peer review. The third interview is with the Sales Manager. I was told the fourth would be a presentation/demo. This is where my interview stalled. The Manager went on vacation and I was told it would be about 2 weeks for the next process. I followed up several times and was told give the manager time to catch up from vacation. This was a complete waste of 5 weeks of my time. I was told they were moving on with another candidate. However, why leave someone hanging on to hope rather than tell them. So disappointed for not reading the Glassdoor reviews before putting myself through all this stress.
