Pros
Most of all, you should be proud to be part of four seasons and at landa giraavaru, I've been treated with respect and all the staffs complaints and suggestions are heard in executive meetings. In this place, the main priority is to keep the employees happy and when I was working in the resort, I loved their GOLDEN RULE which is 'Treat others the way you, yourself wants to be treated'. A lot of trainings are conducted and information about the guests preferences are shared so that you know who you are serving. The accommodations are really satisfying and the meals are also good compared to other resorts I've worked. As an employee you can join other courses as wine course, food and beverage course, diving courses.
Cons
If you are a person who is not punctual, then I wouldn't suggest this place. Four seasons follows strict rules for punctuality and the standard of service given to the guests. Of course mistakes won't be tolerated often as there are trainings given on a usual basis. And going to the capital city, Male' is really difficult as you can only have 2 choices. One is sea plane which is usually booked and it takes 35 minutes to reach male'. Then there is high-speed boat which known as landa winter which will take almost 4 to 6 hours to reach male'. And apart from your duty uniform, your personal clothes should be laundered by yourself.
