      Great "start-up" culture, competitive salaries, good benefits package, a lot of focus on personal health

      Somewhat limited options to move around the organization, especially into a new domain which requires study in your free time

      Pros

      Lots of perks and benefits, free devices and discounts for friends and family. Loved the old office, the one moved to, and the one after it near the salesforce tower.

      Cons

      Let’s us get bought out and gutted. Was with the team for 7 years and due for a promotion that would have put me salary, but we had a hiring freeze that lasted a year then put on a retention plan.
