    Pros

Great place to work with great people and a wonderful company mission.

    Cons

Sometimes there isn't enough autonomy for international teams with a lot of US dependence.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Fitbit (Dublin, Co. Dublin) in August 2019.

    Interview

Initial screening call on the phone followed by an in person interview. The screening was just a chat about background and the role. The interview itself was fine and it was quite conversational. I felt it went reasonable well. Was told they had other candidates to interview and would hear back in a week and half. Two weeks went by and heard nothing so followed up with an email to recruitment director who I met and done the phone screen with. Just asked if I was no longer being considered, could he let me know so I could pursue another role. No response and still no response to this day. Very unprofessional.
