      Very helpful team of people, at all levels, both in Spore and in the Corporate based in US. Lots of smart people.

      Cons

      Many processes were not formalised so many staff felt the pressure of having to pick up things by themselves.

      Their IT department was initially challenging to work for but once I got in the groove it was fairly smooth sailing.

      Cons

      Some departments were not on the same page and hampered communication.
