Pros

Cutting edge APT security technology that utilises the power of a virtual sandbox & hardened hypervisor to contain targeted attacks and unknown malware. Decent base salary, free drinks and snacks, impressive office close to all amenities, annual leave above average at 25 days. Some really nice people work for FireEye

Cons

Serious culture of bullying & harrassment mostly in sales. Inexperienced sales management, some with no prior background in IT cyber security. Extemely poor sales channel & channel enablement. Marketing budgets mis-spent on events that don't generate enough quality sales leads. Product price structure aimed at enterprise level prospects and is far to high for commercial, mid market sector, where other sub-standard security vendors are winning hands down purely at a price point level.

Pros

Compensation package is above average

Cons

The Irish leadership team are weak, allowing inexperienced newly promoted or appointed Directors to hold the power. The sales teams are treated disproportionately better even though they are not performing. Departments like HR and facilities have no understanding of the business and corporate governance/ethics are not practiced here. Everyone in high positions are working to protect their position rather than working in the best interest of the company. Hard work is not rewarded in FireEye, instead, it is treated as some sort of disruptive behavior as it goes against the grain.

Pros

Cutting edge technology, lot of interesting subjects covered during your work. Good work-life balance, stocks options and benefits (including snacks, lunch, drinks etc). Possible to work from home from time to time

Cons

Sometimes management is missing when needed. It's a startup but promotions seem to not follow the same speed of the company. Benefits can be improved
