The people are ultimately the greatest part of the company. There is sufficient training opportunities and incentives to work with what you have.
Cons
Indecisive and slow on recruitment. Slow to react to extreme working conditions. Often platitudes are used instead of actions to help prevent situations from reoccurring and there's only so many time you can hear "Well it's the Summer".
