Pros

Warm and lovely employees for the most part (depends on what brand you work for), excellent medical benefits, and salaries are generally fair.

Cons

Senior leadership and middle management have lost touch with how modern companies engage with consumers. Outdated thinking continues to shape decisions around distribution, marketing, advertising, and most importantly innovation. Leadership often insulates itself from new ideas and outside perspectives, promoting and empowering individuals who lack an understanding of how to communicate effectively in today’s business environment. As a result, they prioritize outdated approaches over innovation and consistently empower the wrong people.

Pros

Coworkers and midlevel management is great

Cons

4 days in office while other teams are allowed to be fully remote. Senior level management is moving forward with projects while cutting core resources. Seems as if too many changes at once with no stability. All upper level management has changed over in the past two years which had caused a cultural shift and loss of history.
