Outdated thinking continues to shape decisions around distribution, marketing, advertising, and most importantly innovation. Leadership often insulates itself from new ideas and outside perspectives, promoting and empowering individuals who lack an understanding of how to communicate effectively in today’s business environment. As a result, they prioritize outdated approaches over innovation and consistently empower the wrong people.
