Pros
Really really nice (mostly young) people to work with, people are super friendly and helpful and welcoming to new joiners. Super multicultural and diverse with people from more than 30+ countries! The overall work culture is generally inclusive, relax and positive (it may vary a little bit from team to team). Zero micromanagement and a high degree of ownership and responsibility is given (you are basically allowed to have almost full freedom of whatever you want to do within asking for any approvals) Decent salary for Portugal Hybrid work policy Nice office in Lisbon!
Cons
For the first time in the company history of 10 years, they did a mass lay off of 200 people (20% workforce) in July 2024. This was mostly due to lack of processes, low ownership of people's development and inexperienced leadership. Since then, the company has taken multiple initiatives and revamps and overall things are moving in the right direction with the necessary changes being implemented. The trend is positive and I am quite hopeful for the future.
