Individuals that work here are extraordinarily passionate about what they do and very well qualified. Human Resources and managers are down to earth and support employees well. The cultural stigma that is associated with the company due to previous and certain c-suite decisions. Additionally, the development cycles to release titles year over year can become difficult to manage with tech debt produced from previous cycles.
