Pros
- Really easy job - You can avoid work and still have the best stats because most of the people are incredibly lazy - Nobody's really checking anything so you can do dung all the time and still have great quality reviews - Free icecream every wednesday until some guy eats all of them
Cons
- No real career development oportunities - Management is always lying to get you doing things you are not supposed to do - Mafia coercing the people in probation to do stuff they are not supposed to be doing - Food is terrible - No windows in the building - Air conditioner full power during the winter - VERY FUNNY! I worked there for almost two years and during that period I realized that nobody cares about anything there. I could see people taking 15 calls a day while I was taking 80, and their own managers wouldn't even notice it. A simple easy job performed by lazy manatees and managed by potatoes. People who would have been fired long time ago if they would have been in a real company with real standards. Useless farmers getting paid over 50k a year as Area Managers for doing almost nothing - I say "almost" because they actually do some things, only they do them horribly wrong. Imagine that you are working in a company where things are working terrible and every customer hates you, and then your manager tells you "what's the craic bro, don't worry, managers are working on it!" and then you see that they are, indeed, working on it, 'cause it goes even worse. That's EA. Then they make a video showing how happy the dumbest people in the company are, and they tell you: "how's the form? you should be as happy as them, why are you not? let's make an integration course, I think you need it! and it will be mandatory!". That's EA. Then you send an e-mail explaining your concerns about the management and they tell you "Thanks for the feedback, it's really appreciated and I'll make sure the upper levels of management know about it" and next month you are awarded with some discounts for local shops. What a coincidence! Of course, no further response to your e-mail. That's EA. Don't even try to get a real promotion, that place is full of useless girlfriends getting the best jobs. That's EA. During my exit interview, the HR girl asked for some feedback and when I answered she literally told me: "Wow, what a coincidence, everybody says the same things!".
