Where to begin. They have changed the culture. Everything is about optimizing this and optimizing that but they never want to invest the resources to see it through well. IE they say they want to see results but don’t actually put in the pay and time. Everything is a priority. -Pay regardless of location is the same (ie Tempe and STL the wages are the same) even though cost of living is not -401K they do profit sharing but there is only a match up to $500 -Some GPs only care about their partnership gains (IE maximize profit now even if it hurts strategy and firm later) -Some FAs are entitled even if you try and help
